Wellness Team
Freddie, Combat Army Veteran
Wellness Program Director/Mentor
I am a proud U.S. Army combat veteran who served from 2005 to 2012. I was a Cavalry Scout trained in the art of small team tactical reconnaissance, night operations, gathering intelligence, and engaging the enemy directly when needed. From 2007 to 2009, I was deployed to Mosul, Iraq, during one of the most dangerous and volatile periods of the war. We fought every single day. This wasn’t a deployment spent behind the wire it was boots on the ground, in the streets, up close and personal with the fight. In March 2025, I was honored to receive the Veterans Hero Award from the American Red Cross of the Lehigh Valley. I hope to bring the raw, real experience of post-9/11 combat veterans into regional conversations about policy, workforce development, and veteran services. I live in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley’s Northampton County and remain fully committed to my mission: to never leave a brother or sister behind—no matter where the battlefield lies.
