Named in Honor of Allan C. Myers
US Navy 7/15/1920 - 1/22/1986

Allan C. Myers, the lone boy among six girls in a family from Worcester, PA with a German heritage. He graduated from Norristown High School in 1939. After graduation, he and his father, Allan A. Myers, bought a dump truck for $600 and started a building and paving business.
Unfortunately life and business plans were interrupted when the U.S. entered World War II, after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Allan C. Myers joined the Navy and served in the U.S. Military to defend the American Dream. Once enlisted, Allan C. was assigned to the construction battalion, known as the "Seabees", building airfields and other infrastructure support projects in the South Pacific.
Upon his return from WWII, Allan brought his skills and experience home. The "Can Do!" motto, of the Seabees, stuck with Allan and became the foundation of the company he and his father were building.
